Paper and Such Featured Set

Paper and Such is featuring one of our popular sets this month ~ Fall Flowers!

Here's a quick and easy card that I made using the traditional Mum stamp.

Supplies:

Stamps - Fall Flowers

Cardstock - SU Cranberry, dsp, black, white

Accessories - corner rounder, baker's twine, modern label punch, rhinestones, copics, D'vine Swirl embossing folder

Wings N Things

This week's challenge over at Paper and Such is to create a card that has a wing on it.  This leaves the door wide open, but we hope that you'll be inspired by our new stamps set Wings N Such.

Meet Susie!

As I promised on Sunday, I would like to introduce you to Susie.  This adorable gal is Melvin's girlfriend from a brand new Paper and Such set being released on the 9th.

I just love the lips and her frilly eyelashes - don't you?

Time for June Sneak Peeks

WOW!  Where did May go????  I can't hardly believe we into June!  There's been so much happening around our house lately, that I've neglected posting for a few weeks. 

Hopefully that will change with the new month and some great new stamps from Paper and Such!  Like Melvin........

Isn't he just the CUTEST little snail you've ever seen???  I just LOVE coloring him!  Think of all the different ways you could color his shell.  You can match your DSP or just go with whatever colors you feel like.  And can you imagine what he'd look like with little "googly" eyes???  OMG!  Too stinkin' cute!

I just love how this one turned out.  Very simple and elegant.  I stamped the images on PTI's Fine Linen cardstock and colored the flower with my white gel pen.

May flowers challenge

We've had a lot of rain in the last few weeks, so the flowers are blooming beautifully here in the north east.  So Paper and Such's May Flowers challenge is perfect!  Not only do they have an awesome selection of stamps to choose from, but they are so much fun to color too!!!

I decided to go in a different direction this time around.  I took four of the sets and made some very pretty bookmarks.  They all have a touch of bling on them, whether it's a Sakura pen or Stickles.  This was also a great project to use up some of my scrap ribbon.  Cuz' we all know that we don't throw any of it away, right?

These two feature the Wild Rose and Poppy stamps.  

And these are the Daisy and Daffodil sets.  I'm not sure if you can tell, but I added Goldenrod Stickles to the daisies and used my Sakura pen around the daffodils.

For the next few months, Paper and Such will be spotlighting some older sets that we have in our store.  This month, we're featuring Deer Dad.  This set is perfect for Father's Day and for all those cards for the men in your life.
