Christmas in January????

Yup!  For those of us die hard paper crafters, we start early.  I'm actually trying to get ahead of the game in hopes that I'll be selling a TON of cards throughout the year and I'll need time to replenish my stock.  I received this adorable image from my friend, Leigh Anne (waving).  I used the CPS sketch, Color Throwdown and Paper Pretties challenges for this card.

Lovin' Wild Roses

The new set, Wild Rose, from Paper and Such is one of my favs!  I seem to be pulling it out more and more.  This is a card that I whipped together in under 1/2 and hour.  I used this weeks' sketch and color challenges from SCS.

RIbbon Carousel challenge

I recently came to know about the The Ribbon Carousel and their great challenges thru my friend, Kim.  This week, they are hosting a sketch challenge - love those!  I was playing around with an older Thomas Kincade stamp and tried my hand at using my pastels on one for the first time.  I normally keep these images plain for fear of totally messing them up, but I have to say that I'm quite pleased with the results.  Thanks for looking!

Late day post for me

I'm running a little late today.  We had a lazy morning planned that turned into a crazy morning!  I'm sure you've all had at least one of those.  Once we got done with errands and a nice breakfast out - I was able to get down to some crafting.  I used the Sweet 'n Sassy sketch and digi challenge for this card.

Quick CAS card

I was lucky enough to check the Clean & Simple blog today for their challenge.  I immediately knew what I wanted to do and so happy that it turned out almost like I hoped.  I'm not sure if you can tell by the pic, but I distressed the fence with some Ranger Ink.  Thanks for stopping by today!

It's Friday!!

The weekend is upon us!!  Today's card is one that I made a few days ago when I pulled out some stamps that haven't seen ink in a while.  It's sad, I know, but for those of us who "collect" rubber stamps - you totally get it.
